Old San Juan charm and experience
Remember no elevator and tall ceilling hights
makes climbing up to the 5th floor and roof a challenge for some
roof terrace was under repair but the 5th floor has fine views from a exterior hotel balcony |

| Small quiet hotel.--lots of road nice no elevators-our room was on the 4 floor-- bed was comfortable but squeaked badly--
over all not bad for an overnight weekend stay but not \for any length of time.
when they say 3pm checkin that is what they mean or later it was almost 3:30 before they let us check-in |

| We arrived in San Juan around midnight and went directly to the hotel. We loved it the second we swung open the doors! Very cool vibe and decor, wonderful floral aroma, clean, and the desk attendant was friendly and professional. Our rooms were quite comfortable, and again, we loved the decor. Our accommodations included breakfast which was delightful--especially the coffee! We were able to explore Old San Juan a bit before going to the pier, were able to leave our luggage secured, and only wished we had more time to enjoy the neighborhood! I would definitely stay at the SOFO Casa Blanca Hotel again, and would also recommend to to family and friends! |

| Des notre arrivée obligé de monter les baggages au 5ieme par les escaliers car pas d'ascenseur. Rendu en haut la chambre étais bien trop petite (#5f) donc obligé de changer de chambre. On ce retrouvent donc au 4ieme après une demi heure d'attente, pas de couverture et pas moyen d'en avoir tous au cour de notre séjour de 3 jours, malgré nos demandes régulières. Ensuite le lendemain 5 heure du matin on ce fait réveiller pas un troupeau de cycliste enragé et sans respect, qui est hors de contrôle de l'hotel. Ensuite petit déjeuner très ordinaire (rotie et cafe) pas plus, sinon il faut débourser. Certaine commoditées ne sont pas toujours disponibles, comme séchoir à cheveux. Pour le reste question qualté/prix, car les hotel sont dispendieuse à SanJuan, je la recommenderais car elle est bien située et le personnel est très agréable et disponible. |

| The Casablanca was a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked great. Rick's Cafe, the restaurant within the hotel served wonderful breakfasts. I was disappointed that the rooftop tubs were not available to be used due to remodeling, and the temperature controls for the room were ten feet up the wall. We were supposed to have a remote for the temperature controls, but that was missing and it was difficult to adjust; the room was too cold for my tastes. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. |

| Excellent location in old town San Juan.
Fabulous design in reception area.
Very small room, could hardly turn around and we had no hot water the two days we were there, something we were compensated for.
Friendly staff. |

| My husband and I stayed at Sofo just for a night to catch a cruise the following day.
Sofo may not be a brand new hotel but they did put a lot of work into it to renovate it.
Room was confortable, clean bed and a cute bath.
But what we loved the most was the hotel atmosphere, very welcoming and courteous staff that make you feel at home.
I would recommend it to everyone, except to elderly or disable persons due to no elevator. |
