| Nos quedamos en la suite y la misma era muy acojedora. La única situación que nos encontramos es que, es la única habitación que posee llave y no tarjeta electrónica de la misma. Por lo cual, para nuestra sorpresa cuando regresamos no habíamos tenido el servicio de limpieza de la habitación por no dejar la única llave en front desk. Cuando me percato, intento hacer llamada y no había cuadro telefónico. El A/C no tenía control de graduación en temperatura. |

| The hotel is conveniently located in the Condado area and is just a short drive to anywhere in San Juan. The staff is very friendly and courteous and helpful. |

| The room was average but very clean. The patio, deck area, pool and bar were beautiful. The employies were wonderful, friendly and informative. There is a restaurant on site and many nearby. Wish it had been a little closer to the airport and shuttle service was available. I would definitely stay there again. |

| Ironman San Juanに参加したときに宿泊。
近隣ホテルは激高なのでリーズナルブルの価格で宿泊できるのが魅力。スイム会場も近い。
トイレの天上などから水漏れしていたなど、設備面で老朽化している。WIFIは無料だった。 受付などのソフト面の対応はよい方。 |

| We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only before heading off on a cruise. The Hotel was in a good location with lots nearby. The Staff were welcoming okay but the bar closed quite early even for staying guests. The rooms were quite big but in desperate need of an update. The carpets were well worn and there wa no hairdryer as advertised in our room. It then took 20 minutes for one to arrive that then had wires hanging out of it! If you are going here then DO NOT pay the extra for a sea view room as the sounds of the crashing waves were heard quite loudly through not so good double glazing! The Lagoon view would have been very nice and certainly a lot quieter.... |

| I had an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff were wonderful helping me find my way around and doing it in English. The room was clean and the hotel was very inviting. |

| The name alone should represent the island it surly didn't. upon entering the lobby its very nice as walk down the hallways to your room one would wonder if they're entering a smoke hut. No wash cloths call front desk only to be told they don't carry wash cloths. Have yet to find the ice machine or get the ice for the ice bucket the bed was very bumpy. Not ever again |
