| My stay here was OK, but not great. The thing I liked the most was that the room was quiet, compared to other hotels I've been too.
The staff was really nice, but I kept having to ask them to clean the room and replenish the water, both of which are listed as standard daily services. It was raining alot and possibly because of this there was also a musty smell in the room.
The location is very convenient, just 3 miles from Old San Juan. The beach was nice but a little crowded. The lobby and bar both have a nice ambience. |

| I just returned from a 5 day family vacation at the San Juan Marriott. We had the best time! The hotel has everything. Great breakfast buffet to start the day, very nice pool (with a really fun water slide!) and easy access to the ocean to lounge around all day! Perfect for a lazy, relaxing day. At night, the lobby is filled with salsa sounds and the casino is very convenient! (a little risky!) The staff was very friendly! Everyone had a great time! |

| Resort was well kept and all the staff we interacted with were excellent. Would definitely stay there again. |

| We had an ocean front room. The views were great. Location very good. Felt comfortable walking the area. Great restaurants in the area. Employees were friendly. The only minor downside is that the bathroom was very small, but very minor issue. Very good stay. |

| Some of the ocean front rooms (e.g. 410) are not as large or comfortable as the others. Hotel lobby is more modern and the rest of the hotel is not as hip - quite dated in fact. The Rennaisance is nicer! |

| Get there asap, Iti is everything that u want in a hotel, the accomadations and service was excellent, and the people of San Juan were so welcoming |

| The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very helpfu. Each day you got free bottles of water, free internet, and free breakfast. No surprises. Carpets could be a little cleaner. |

| The hotel was more than satisfactory...no surprises, which is nice. Hotel staff were very accomodating. . Breakfast was fantastic...ask for Sonny to be your waiter. Only poor point of the stay was the casino...the absolute most unprofessional casino dealers and pit bosses...they treat you poorly as if they do not care if you gamble w/ them or not. Better bet is to gamble at nearby Condado Plaza Casino or the El San Juan Casino...both were much nicer and more professional like a Las Vegas operation. |
