| L'hotel étant au coeur du vieux San Juan a grandement facilité nos déplacements à pied. Toutes les attractions incluant les bars et les restaurants sont a proximité de l'hôtel. |

| The hotel is in a great location in Old San Juan. It is within walking distance of all the great restaurants, jazz bars, fort, etc. Very nice. Our room was clean. It had no windows but it was quiet and comfortable. The big complaint I have is that we asked for a wake up knock on the door (no phone in room) the next morning so we could catch our plane and THEY FAILED TO WAKE US UP. Fortunately we set our clock alarm just in case so we did not miss our plane. They were very apologetic and gave us a small discount to make up for it but that is pretty scary. |

| This small budget hotel is all about location,location,location. Great price in the heart of Old San Juan. Friendly staff,free wi-fi,no fridge in the room but they will save your goodies in the big fridge down stairs,24hr concierge, taxi stand across the street and free trolley stop too! Be patient with the elevator because it is s-l-o-w. |

| We often stay in San Juan, not the best hotel in the area, but central and very clean. Comfortable for a short stay. |

| The rooms are all right, but generally dark. We booked a room with two twin beds, but upon arrival they offered us a room without windows and two single beds. I really had to play hard to get a double bed with a single bed. Early morning we suffered from the noise in the street. |

| very noisee. we can hear very thing from our room. hotel is very dirty. I forgot my baseball cap on the couch at the lobby. we came back to look and it gone. this is not a customer friendly place. |

| What a great Place to stay at when you don't have a car. It is walking distance from plenty of beautiful sights but mostly the old buildings and roads themselves are what worth exploring. The hotel is very small but it's just what we needed for our one day there. We got the king suite so we had an amazing view from the terrace. We could see the nearby plaza. Overall a bit too expensive for what your getting but you're paying for the location I guess |
