| After a delayed flight into San Juan, arrived to the ESJ. The staff from the security guards to the front desk were attentive, friendly and redponsive to our needs. The room was perfect for my 81 years old mother and I. Breakfast next day was great and included with the rate. The restaurant staff was also very attentive and responsive to our needs. Definetely, we will return to the ESJ next time in Puerto Rico. Keep up the good job! |

| Did not expect a full kitchen. It had everything. The room was a really nice size and had a nice view for the money. The only thing I would say bad is the bathroom. It was small. Over all the staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. We would say here again. |

| We have been staying there for years - nothing has changed - 10 minutes from the airport - good beach - great location. People are older but very friendly - great having a kitchenette. Bingo at the pool every day at 2 pm - what more do you want |

| The ESJ is in need for a redo. It has a very tired air about it.
However -- the location and attachement the the El San Juan cant be beat . We stayed 1 night bc it was close to the airport.
the staff was very friendly, and the service was fine. Good cheap place, to stay on the strip. |

| This is great for an extended stay. The unit had a full kitchen and nice bathroom. Amenities were great including a huge pool, game rooms, mini grocery store and restaurant. This is one of the older condo bldgs on Isla Verde and the room we had was not updated. We were on the 3rd floor and had a terrible view of the trash dumpsters and it was loud. Upper floors have an amazing view of Isla Verde beach. Would stay here again on an upper floor in one of the renovated rooms. |

| Beach is beautiful and convenient; ESJ needs better lighting and restaurant; shopping and restaurants are limited in surrounding area; ESJ on the beach is a good deal for the price |

| Having never been to San Juan before we weren't sure exactly where to stay, but I can recommend this hotel because the views are beautiful and even though the hotel itself does not have a casino and swim up bar etc, it is right next door (in fact apparently used to be one in the same) to the El San Juan which DOES have all those amenities. Decore in the room was not updated, but the room was comfortable and the balcony overlooking the beach was awesome. |

| everything was greatvery friendly
I just did not like the romm 251 balcony was small and there was no view. but to a roof. Also the beds are hard. but cant complain I have a orto plush so maybe i was just missing my bed! |

| We were very pleased with our stay - at checkin we were given coupons for free drinks and treated well. The staff is very friendly. The room is better than average - nice view - clean. Great to have a kitchenette. Huge Supermarket 2 blocks away small superette in hotel - a bit pricey. Hotel is on main strip, lots of restaurants, fast food, stores. Beach is small but great - you can walk down and pass all the other hotels - very safe - will stay there again - good value for $$$ |
