| This hotel is adjacent to Under The Trees restaurant which is beautiful and offers excellent piña coladas! I am a big germ-a-phobe and am always concerned with the cleanliness of hotel rooms but our room was simply immaculate! The room and bathroom are beautiful! The pool was ok but we were given access to the nearby La Concha hotel that offers elaborate pools, beach access, an Italian and Asian pool-side restaurant and bar. This hotel is pricier than Doubletree so you fare well by staying at the more reasonably priced Doubletree! We also went to nearby Zen Spa. Old San Juan and the airport are both just minutes from the hotel via taxi. |

| Juan at the front desk was exceptional and a great representative for your hotel.
The rooms were very clean and the cookies of course are an added value.

| Nice hotel - has everything: pool, gym, facilities, walking distance to supermarket, Old San Juan, buses, taxis, has tours etc.. Would definitely recommend it. |

| Zakenhotel, gezellige lobby, leuk zitje bij entree (overdekt) waar ook mocht worden gerookt.

| Dit hotel gekozen op basis van beoordelingen van anderen. Hebben hier 2 periodes doorgebracht. Moesten de 1e keer vragen om een andere kamer, omdat deze geen bad had en deze te dichtbij een zwaarronkende ijsmachine te vinden was. Uiteindelijk vanaf de 2e dag een nieuwe kamer gekregen, die beter beviel. Jammer, dat er slechts een gemakkelijke stoel aanwezig was. Lift was storingsgevoelig. Tuin met zwembad en jacuzzi mooi aangelegd. Restaurant viel tegen, geen sfeer en bovendien relatief duur, daarom ook weinig klandizie. Aan de receptie was men bijzonder hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Buitenzitje voor het hotel was erg leuk te midden van veel vegetatie en 's-avonds een koor van kwakende boomkikkertjes (coqui's). Dit hotel was in ieder geval veel beter dan het Radisson Ambassador waar we vorig jaar een aantal dagen hebben doorgebracht.

| There was good service. The workers are nice. The only thing is the location. The surroundings are a bit dirty. The beach isn't as beautiful as other parts at other hotels. |
