A una cuadra de un restaurante maravilloso: Bartola que bien vale la pena visitar.
La habitacion mas grande de lo esperado y usual en estos casos; muy agradable sorpresa. |

| Staff was superb. Room was ok, did check for bed bugs as another guest on this site had a problem, found none. Bistro was ok for the time, they closed at 10 PM, we got in there at 9:45. Location sucked as there was nothing there. Taxi service to the Pier was super, all the taxis you wanted. |

| Staff was friendly and nice, location depends on what you are traveling for, very close to public transportation which is convienent and cheap, the area is not very nice, not a good selection of restraunts with-in walking distance; however hotel was clean, quit and comfortable. |

| There is need to improve the coffee service to include tea....restaurant 801 need to improve on its meals...
overall nice staff...timely check in...

| I feel the room was more expensive than it should have been. Only the cafe was open; the hotel restaurant was closed for the week. There was a free drink, but it had only a touch of liquor in it., and it did not offer a "free" breakfast like we readily expect for the price of this hotel. The room was clean but was on the main street and since there was a large gap around the window, which really was formerly a sliding glass door that didn't open the noise was extra loud, but we didn't figure that out until just before we checked out. |

| We stayed here two nights while visiting San Juan for the first time. The hotel is clean and fairly modern, the staff is super friendly, and our room was adequate. We also arrived at 10 AM and they allowed us to check-in to our room which was awesome. The pool area was under-whelming, and it would have been nice if breakfast was included, instead of costing extra to eat in the mediocre cafe attached to the lobby. While the hotel is nice, the location is not very convenient. There are couple restaurants on the street, along with a grocery store and a movie theater, but everything else in San Juan is either a long walk or a $15 cab ride away. So, it depends on what you'll be doing while in San Juan. If you don't mind taking cabs, it's sufficient, but if you'd rather explore around by walking, it's not the best place. |

| We spent the night there prior to a cruise, and were very happy with the hotel. It had a decent restaurant with delicious food and a Great Happy Hour! Located in a business section of San Juan, it was an easy walk to both a pharmacy and grocery store to pick up forgotten items. Taxis are available in front of the hotel with pre-posted rates to local destinations. The only possible pertinent negatives are the small gym with minimal equipment and small pool area. But we were not there on a vacation, but on a segue way to a vacation, so that didn't matter to us at all. |
