| After reading all the reviews to this hotel and then going and staying there, I've concluded that if you expect a beautiful hotel, you are going to be let down, but, if you expect a terrible hotel, you are going to be happily surprised.
I stayed with twelve companions in four rooms over a week. All but one room was happy with the condition of their room. Clean sheets and towels came on average every other day. There were no bed bugs (regularly checked) or other invaders for that manner. Showers were good for some of us and average for the rest. Beds are full size and rooms are big enough.
The ladies at the front desk were especially helpful.
This hotel was better than I expected. My 4/5 is what I consider to be the value of the hotel (utility/cost).
Last word:
I got the impression upon reading reviews that this was a shady type of place where they bend the rules to make money. Nope. It's a pretty normal hotel. |

| The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but it is conveniently located in the heart of Isla Verde- casinos, beach, good rest. everything is couple of minutes away walking. I'm from Puerto Rico so I knew that the hotel was not going to be the best as far as decor, but my room was CLEAN- the bathroom was clean, and beds where ok- the rooms are somewhat small but I had a TV, good A/C and the room service personnel where really nice-getting me extra towels and sheets. If you are going to San Juan and need a convinient hotel, with great restaurant on site(Platos) this is the place/price to pay.
Now, if you are not use to noise- do not stay here as you can here every plane landing (which I love:) ) Overall I liked the hotel due to location and that it was clean- I had so much fun in PR that I didn't have time to notice anything wrong with the hotel. But the elevator which only has capacity for 3 people @ a time:( |

| Decent enough, good for a one night stay before or after a cruise, very convenient to the airport and bus stop. Beach and restaurants are all within walking distance. Not the Ritz but one of the best deals in the area if all you need is a fairly clean place to sleep for a night. |

| Employees on the Hotel are great, specially the security, he recommend places to eat, places to go, very helpfull. It is an old structure, with one elevator..but location, location is one of the best. I will book next time this Hotel. |

| I got impressed because eventhough when the hotel is small and not new, the cleanliness of the room, the comfortability of the bed , and the decoration wasa very nice. I can recommend it. |
