| Princess is a good name for this hotel. It is a well maintained property with great colorful art work that provides a warm chic feeling. Beds were comfortable and while a small hotel was a refreshing break from the chain hotels. It was a very short walk to the beach and food/restaurants. After a busy day of beach and walking around the streets that can give you that busy feeling all becomes quiet and comfortable once entering the hotels providing a nice relaxed space. The continental breakfast was just right. I recommend this hotel for singles, couples or a mannered child or two. Would not recommend for a family with a lot of children. |

| My husband and I loved the Coral Princess in San Juan. This is a small boutique hotel that does not cater to families. It is better suited for mature couples with no children. It has a small, very private pool, along with a rooftop seating area with multiple conversation areas adaptable to 3-4 groups of people at once without feeling crowded. It is also convenient to a number of good restaurants and a Walgreen's. The staff at the Coral Princes were amazingly friendly and helpful and all spoke fluent English and Spanish. They were particularly helpful when arranging for us to rent a car as well as to print our boarding passes for our return flight. We couldn't have asked anything more of the staff...they were, in short, excellent! The hotel rooms, while small by US standards, where clean and well appointed. The room had a beverage fridge, which helped when we had some left-overs and also had a jetted tub. I felt very safe walking around in the neighborhood as well. |

| This smaller hotel is in a good location in the Condado neighborhood. It is two blocks to the beach and near several restaurants. The bus into Old San Juan is very close. It has small, clean rooms and a nice breakfast. The small pool and the hot tub on the roof are nice features. The Wifi service was weak and could only be accessed in the public areas. The coffee and juice machines provided free drinks any time of the night or day. A very friendly desk staff. Only four parking spots were available but I found an empty space each night. A nice hotel for the price. |

| This hotel was pricey for what it was-- nothing amazing. They have 4 "first come, first serve" parking spots in front of their narrow property on a busy road. If you don't get one of those, you must either: a) parallel park on the crowded street or b) park 2 blocks away in public parking. The hotel gives you a "discounted" rate on the parking but it's still a bunch. My boyfriend and I arrived later at night and were dismayed to have to haul our belongings from 2 blocks down.
The neighborhood around it is supposed to be the "happening" neighborhood but we walked around the block and found 1 non-shady looking restaurant, an Argentinian steakhouse.
The room was extremely tiny but clean. Nice platform bed. The air conditioning unit was almost too big for the room and made it pretty frigid. Found out that the ceiling fan didn't work when we tried to find a warmer option.
The tub was nice with jets and a hairdryer was provided. There was a wine fridge in the room with sodas and drinks for purchase.
Breakfast was ok, lots of carbs, 24/7 juice machine and a super-fancy espresso-maker that can make like 8 different coffee drinks was impressive. I liked the patio where you can peacefully eat and drink coffee.
Desk personnel were friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and the best tips on how to get to Old San Juan. Bus stops for the public bus are right around the corner but you're better off taking a taxi since the buses show up when they want.
I would much rather stay outside the city or just in Old San Juan next time. Not enough bang for your buck at this place. |

| A very nice and comfy hotel close to the beach in the posh Condado hotel area. The helpful personnel and the common areas facilities are especially worth it! |

| This hotel is located very close to the airport. The hotel staff are very knowledgable and helpful. The location is perfect. One block from the beach, close to Old San Juan and the strip have all sorts of entertainment, food and shops. Free breakfast when you get to interact with other travellers. Had a great time despite I travelled alone. |

| The front desk personnel were very nice and pleasant, If you want a peaceful ,relaxing place to stay I recommend this hotel. Very small pool area but perfect for my husband and I. No one was using it but us.Small flat screen tv, but it served its purpose. The beach was nearby and there were many restaurants nearby. Some were rather pricey.Everything was in walking distance. There were 4 parking spaces right on the street in front of the hotel, but there was parking available on the street. Some were rather pricey. I did not feel like we were at a hotel but like we were staying a someone's home. I liked it and would stay there again. |

| The Hotel is Chic. Simple breakfast buffet good value for money hotel. one minus the room I stayed in this time was too small very little room for luggage. I missed the welcome gourmet chocolate treats upon arrival which I had on my first visit. That was a great touch.But all in all a lovely boutique hotel |

| I came alone to this hotel without any idea about what to do in San Juan. The hotel helped me a lot and I had a great experience. The place is close to a nice beach but not close to the best nightclubs. Must take a taxi which cost 15 USdollar. Good restaurants in the area to the hotel. |

Easy check in. rooms are small.
