Recent Coral Princess Hotel Review: "Excellent! First off, this is a mixed neighborhood of hotels and apartments which may be why they buzz you in and frankly, I like that feature. The front desk staff is there 24/7 which was also nice since we had a very early flight so we were able to check out easily and get a cab with plenty of time to spare. They were also kind enough to bring out  the breakfast bit early, just for us! The ladies hovering around are actually just there to assist you with anything you may need. At first it seems like overkill until I had no syrup to go with my waffles and before I could even begin to look, one of them had run off and returned with it. Our room was down an open-air hall, just off the common area and we never heard a single person talking or walking in that hallway, but the parking lot was nearly full! The outside hall floors are all done in Spanish tiles with stucco walls so sounds do echo, but not the night we were there. There is a very small pool, good for hanging out but not big enough to swim in. The hot tub on the third floor was pretty nice to relax in while taking in the full moon and the stars. Our room itself was a tad small but we were only sleeping in it, not having a party. The 12-foot ceilings were beautiful and the tile floor was gorgeous, although probably not a good choice for a hotel. I don't know what type of tile it was but it was showing signs of furniture and luggage being drug across them so they will likely need to be replaced rather soon. We had a small jacuzzi tub that worked well and the shower head was not a "low flow" and that was a very nice change! Our bed reminded me of an Ikea type set but it suited the room nicely. We had plenty of space to store our things and just after an eight day cruise, we had a bunch of stuff! We very much enjoyed our time here. An American mega-hotel this is not. It is local, distinctly Puerto Rican and we loved it. Everything we could possibly want was within a block or two walk, including the beach. From t"
