| My daughter & I arrived after midnight to San Juan and had this hotel booked. It was a fairly small room and the elevator was rickety. We were happy to have a comfortable bed to sleep in for one night, but would not have been pleased to stay more than one night in this hotel. It was fine, there was nothing wrong with it, but it wasn't spectacular. |

| Uso este hotel ha uns 8 anos. Reformaram o lobby no ano passado.
Os quartos sao limpos, a cama muito confortavel.
E muito bem localizado.
Na proxima viagem me hospedo de novo. |

| This hotel is not the nicest, but if you don't plan to be in your room too much, it certainly was a comfortable place to sleep each nice, with easy access from the airport and to Old San Juan. Also, there was a beach just a block away that was very nice.
I do have to say that the service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The people at the front desk gave great recommendations on what to do, how much to pay taxi drivers, and excursions that could be taken.
There is a pool, but it is not heated, and is not in the sun for much of the day, so it is pretty cool (temperature).
Again, if you are looking for a place just to sleep each night without too much ritz, this is the place for you. |

| Great location, great price, but you get what you pay for- no carpeting, and fixtures in need of replacement or maintenance in the bathroom. Parking is also lacking on the premises for car renters, but there is a parking garage across the street with comparable rates. |

| OK for a fair price, good breakfast. There was no comfortable area for SMOKERS! I did chose a different hotel in same are for more nights due to smoking. |

| We had stayed at another hotel in the Miramar area at the beginning of our trip to Puerto Rico and found that to be a superior value. The Miramar hotel had no availability when we returned to San Juan before our flight so we stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night. The staff was very pleasant and the location is central. The rooms, however, are quite small. But they were in OK shape. The hallways, unfortunately, are rather industrial looking and quite grim with very worn walls and all the doors in desperate need of paint. The pool isn't very welcoming. The breakfast was fine.
The hotel is within a couple of blocks of Condado Beach and that, along with a relatively low price for San Juan, seems to be the major draw. The hotel itself seemed like a cheap hotel in a worn-down stretch of Daytona Beach. |

| the hotel was located in Condado. Very convenient to all..i.e. old san juan and the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. the condition of the hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was quite comfortable and clean. would stay here again for a short stay. |

| The room was okay. The best part was that while the power in the whole city went out, they still had electricity and hot water because they have their own generator. That itself is worth the weight in gold! |
