| Our room was a little small but, Perfect for a one night layover after our cruise. The cruise line dropped our luggage at the airport while we were on an excursion. When we returned a Porter picked up our bags and WALKED us to the Hotel. How convenient is that!! |

| Affordable price, very clean and comfortable. I recommend it for short stays as airport parking is expensive. Should get with parking administration for better rates, would gladly stay again and recommend it. |

| If all you desire from a hotel is a need to depart early AM from SJU, this hotel is great because of its location in the airport. However, other standard amenities it lacked during our stay:
1. Adequate hot water. Tepid to cold water is not adequate.
2. Quietness - paper thin walls, late night noise (kids, t.v.'s)
3. Viewable TV - flat screen it was, but so is a smart phone. 15" screen not adequate from viewing 4-6 feet away. It's location was comical because of the relatively large, blank wall on which it was mounted (probably glued).
4. Ice machines not on every floor, but a little exercise never hurt anyone. |

| We stayed here because we had a late arrival into the airport. It was a good place to stay for just one night. It was clean and had a breakfast. It worked out for what we needed. |

| We found this hotel to be very convienent for our stay before and after our cruise. Our only complaint was the air conditioning was very cold. We finally turned it off completely to be comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel when we arrived early. We would stay again. |

| Best western San Juan Airport. This is great place to stay if you are arriving at night or have an early flight. The staff was great. |

| Room was small but clean. Very convenient location. We could walk directly to it from the airport. Our luggage had been delayed by the airline but the front desk staff were very helpful in getting it to us when it arrived. |

| The room was old but very clean. The major complaint is I arrived on a late flight and got to the hotel about 1230 a.m. It took 45 minutes to check in because there was only one person on duty. There were 7 people ahead of me in line when I got there. I am pretty sure all from my flight. You would think being an airport hotel they would have enough staff to cover until the last flights for the day land, deplane get their luggage and walk to the airport. Also the lady at the desk while being very professional and pleasant did keep answering the phone and stopped assisting those people in line in front of her.
The internet did not work in my room and was dial up speed at best in the business center.
The continential breakfast was less than appealing and offered very little.
I would stay there again however only because it is at the airport and extremely clean and the people were very nice. |
