| The staff was great, the location was nice one building from the beach. Only draw back from our trip was the hot tub was not working. Could of really enjoyed the hot tub after hicking the rain forest. |

| We really enjoyed our stay here. When they say "steps from the beach," they mean it--it's 84 steps and yes, I counted. Our concierge got us on a night kayaking trip to the bioluminescent bays in Fajardo--a trip highlight--and was otherwise exceptionally friendly and helpful. The ocean view is partial because there's a small residential building in the way, but it's still a lovely view. Our room had a charming balcony. The only thing we didn't love were the cooking smells from Niche, the fancy restaurant off the lobby, but that was a minor annoyance. |

| Authentic Puerto Rican hotel. Comfortable, clean, safe. Excellent restaurant, Niche. Only complaint is the lack of parking. Street by hotel was a no parking zone and hotel did not provide any parking, so finding a place to park without getting a ticket was a challenge. Would stay at this hotel again, but would need to find a better parking situatio n. |

| Hotel is near a dead end street that is the beach. No parking, but they had only 4 parking spots at their sister hotel a block up the street. Good thing we visited during low season so we had parking.
Ring the bell to get into a beautiful air conditioned lobby. When we got into the room it smelled like mold and we found it was the top blanket and pillows. Toilet didn't flush after the 2nd visit but after we got the front desk guy to come up to take a look, it flushed. Toilet was super slow if the handle is left down.
Pro's are close to the beach and a 100 person jacuzzi. Cons are sheets never changed, no maid service 1 day, uncomfortable room, shared front desk staff with sister hotel so they aren't there all the time (probably because of low season?).
Next time we'll stay in a major hotel closer to Old San Juan. |

| Loved the hotel. Our room was alittle close to the pool on the 2nd floor of the hotel and some drunken knuckleheads tried to ruin or stay late one night, but not the hotels fault.
Pool is great, restaurant in the hotel was superb, rooms comfy, and the beach right outside the hotel is beautiful. |

| We stayed at this hotel for one night before taking a 7 day cruise and all i can say is wow!. The hotel decor is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just minutes from the beach, resturants and stores. I would definetly recommend this hotel and i look forward to staying here again! |

| Stayed at this hotel for a week. The proximity to the beach is great. Walking distance from some great restaurants. Hotel staff was great. There was always someone at the desk or door.
Parking was somewhat of a hassle but possible if you don't mind walking a few blocks. |

| This little hotel is in a nice quiet street, moments from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Everyone was friendly and the facilities were good too.
Would definitely recommend staying here - good value for money. |

| Very nice quiet place, perfect for couples. Room was clean, cozy and perfect for two. Excellent service, people are very nice from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. Delicious food at the restaurant. Beach was 20 feet from the hotel, we had a balcony with a view to the ocean. Overall - perfect place to stay. Would recomend and would visit again. |

| This is a perfect Boutique hotel. Small with character. Each room is different, but adequate. The location is perfect for going to the beach, and is a $15 cab ride to Old San Juan. Mini-mart and Super market are walking distance. The management was amazing, really helpful on where to eat, how to get around, etc. and very personalized. Only negative comment is the King bed was two doubles pushed together. Hot tub was great and pool at Wind Chimes Hotel one block away was great when you dont want to go to the beach. |
