Recent Acacia Seaside Boutique Review: "We really enjoyed our stay here. When they say "steps from the beach," they mean it--it's 84 steps and yes, I counted. Our concierge got us on a night kayaking trip to the bioluminescent bays in Fajardo--a trip highlight--and was otherwise exceptionally friendly and helpful. The ocean view is partial because there's a small residential building in the  way, but it's still a lovely view. Our room had a charming balcony. The only thing we didn't love were the cooking smells from Niche, the fancy restaurant off the lobby, but that was a minor annoyance."
